Campaigning for the unemployed

London campaigners took part in a protest against Universal Credit called by Camden Labour Party and the Kilburn Unemployed Workers Group last week. The demonstration began outside Kilburn High Road station and then moved on to Kilburn Square. The Kilburn Unemployed Workers Group focuses primarily on combating benefits injustices locally through advocacy in individuals' benefit claims, and demonstrations that emphasise that there is hope when we come together.
